22.75 hours per week


Location: Grimsby

About the role

The Community Learning Centres are now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join the well-established team.  This is a fast-paced and diverse role, in which you will work closely with delivery teams to provide high quality and responsive administrative support.

Other duties will include:

  • Undertaking reception duties
  • Dealing with queries in person, via phone, email or letter
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Analysing data and producing reports using a range of systems
  • Marketing the centres including the use of a range of social media platforms

About the person

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service, as well as strong organisation and administrative skills.

Candidates should also have:

  • Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in an office or administrative role
  • Experience of analysing data and utilising MIS systems
  • ICT competence and familiarity in the use of Office365
