About the role
The Community Learning Centres are now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join the well-established team. This is a fast-paced and diverse role, in which you will work closely with delivery teams to provide high quality and responsive administrative support.
Other duties will include:
- Undertaking reception duties
- Dealing with queries in person, via phone, email or letter
- Maintaining accurate records
- Analysing data and producing reports using a range of systems
- Marketing the centres including the use of a range of social media platforms
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service, as well as strong organisation and administrative skills.
Candidates should also have:
- Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent
- Prior experience working in an office or administrative role
- Experience of analysing data and utilising MIS systems
- ICT competence and familiarity in the use of Office365
